What are your three main problems or concerns with the NDIS?
1. Some of the people spoken to at NDIA are on a "power-trip": they think that because they have control over how much funding a participant receives they can make uninformed, unqualified and plain downright unfair, arbitrary decisions made out of ignorance and arrogance.
2. The funding for plans has decreased for the reasons given in 1.
3. The plan review process is deliberately designed to be unnecessarily stressful and if the outcome is unfavourable the only recourse is to go to the AAT which is staffed by the previous liberal government's cronies who also make ill-informed and unfair decisions.
Is there anything else that you would like to tell the NDIS Review?
It is simply unfair.
