Is there anything else that you would like to tell the NDIS Review?

I have a lot to say about NDIS. I just have trouble communicating and using technology lm very challenged on all technology.
NDIS as part of my goals where to learn computer lm in a regional area l tried everywhere for months there are no course here.
So l rang NDIS to say l found an online course to teach me all
Cost was $7000 l paid a deposit in March of $2500 and was going to pay balance with next plan as all ready had been approved for NDIS for the next year.
Now lm not allowed to do course l had no right to use NDIS to pay for this. I should use local Tafes that are free THERE ARE NONE.
So now l left with this debt of $3750 and endless pressure of company to pay as l signed a contract.
Since all stress got worst on 8/6/2023 when my plan was totally changed with no phone meeting with me at all.
Someone just decided this is all l get and how it must be spent
and now is so restricted.
It’s useless to me l don’t even want to use it but of course my support coordinator does.
if l also had of know that l needed a computer to run NDIS self managed plan l never would of applied. I had no computer only ADSL1 internet connection.
And a very old moblie with no memory left. To run NDIS
I have since bought a new iPhone which has been a major challenge to learn on my own.

Now l have been removed from self managed I now have invoices that will not be paid leaving me in over 10,000 debt
Now being run through a support company all l see is so much wasted money on support coordinators fees and plan management fees and greedy providers.
I have no choice or control at all
NDIS is useless no system so much variable information. Customer services consultants that have no idea no system no transparency at all.
I’ve got people suing me now for invoices that NDIS will not pay even though they paid these suppliers before in my plan and l still had plenty of money left in my budget.
But my plan should of just continued on ftom 26/6/2023
But l got a phone call 8/6/2023 to say plan being changed totally that l need training to be able to self manage. Now managed by a company.
What a waste of thousands of dollars
No answers what l did wrong at all just need training.
Makes no sense ever
I find this whole process from application to actual approval and then having a plan a stressful nightmare.

I thought this would help my life instead it’s destroyed it
I’m totally alone l have no family no friends alive anymore no community support.
All NDIS keeps saying my carer or family friends or council or community services should be as it’s their job to fo more.
What happens if you have nobody and still keep getting told this.

If that he the case of all this help lm and other participants are suppose to have through family and community support
WHY DO WE NEED NDIS IF RESPONSIBLE IS ONLY PUT BACK ONTO OTHERS ie family carers and council and community ANYWAY?
THIS SYSTEM NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL TO STOP GREEDY SUPPORT CORDINATORS AND PLAN MANAGERS THEY ARE PAID WAY TOO MUCH.
ALSO STAFF AT NDIS NEED FULL TRAINING ON THIS SYSTEM. AS ALL PROCESS TAKE TO LONG ie MONTHS AND MONTHS TO PAY PROVIDERS WHY??
I have much to say please contact me l would love to help support changes in this broken system
As the disable need real help not all this political red tape and endless stalling of their plans gives them no hope of any quality of life.

Pets have more rights than the disabled.

Bill shorten needs to fix this
Not just give useless speeches
We need action no words and we need real help that’s cost efficient.
