Have your say

Participant safeguarding and Pricing and payments approaches

We know how important the NDIS is to participants and their families. And we want to thank everyone who has contributed to the Review so far. Your insights are key to the success of the Review and the NDIS.

It is important we continue to hear from you. And we want to hear all your ideas – both big and small.

As well as our Have your say web form we currently have two papers open for consultation.

  • Participant safeguarding - What does being and feeling safe mean to you?
  • Pricing and payment approaches - Are the pricing and payment approaches in the NDIS market working?

The papers outline what we have heard from you, learned from previous reviews, our findings and ideas. But, it is important that we hear what you think about our work and your ideas for a better NDIS.

What does being and feeling safe mean to you?

This NDIS Participant Safeguarding proposals paper provides information about what we have learned so far, as well as ideas we have to improve safeguards for participants.

We would like to hear what you think of our ideas for change, if we have missed anything and your ideas.

Are the pricing and payment approaches in the NDIS market working?

The NDIS was set-up to give participants more power to choose who provides their supports and at what price.

We have looked at pricing and payments approaches in the NDIS. Our findings provide some ideas on ways the current approaches can be changed to improve outcomes for participants and scheme sustainability.

We would like to hear from you about our findings. What changes are needed to make it easier for you to navigate the NDIS market?
