What are your three main problems or concerns with the NDIS?

My concern withe the NDIS is the fact that my plan which was approved on the 10th November 2022.The budget which I have been allocated is insufficient to meet my needs that were in my plan reassessment.11 hours of face to face supports and then my lawn mowing,wet wipes,Vomit Bags,Pre prepared foods were all approved in my plan but the budget is not going to meet those costs.There is a shortfall of $15,000.00
I have contacted my LAC at Ipswich <redacted> and <redacted> wrote back and advised me they were unavailable to assist me and have passed it onto Ongoing Support. I have never been contacted by them.
I have written to the CEO and a return email advised me that this was the incorrect pathway to take.
I have also sent emails to: enquiries@ndis.gov.au and recieved a reply that the case is closed and do not reply to this email as it is not a monitored email address.It is clear from this that the NDIS have blocked my access to any sort of communications with them.

How do these three main problems affect you and/or others?

My anxiety levels have gone through the roof as I dont know where I will fund my needs when the budget runs out prior to the expiry of my current plan

What do you think are possible solutions to those problems?

Get an independant person to look at my approved items and cost the out correctly so that they and my budget balances.
